Organisational development
Turn open-ended employee interviews into a structured map of cultural themes, tensions and bright spots.
AI interview analysis · organisational diagnostic
Maya Irwin turns interview transcripts, workshop notes and organisational feedback into a structured read of the themes, risks and readiness signals inside your change programme — without losing the nuance in the conversation.

Built for consultants, change leads and people teams
Where it fits
Maya Irwin sits alongside your existing qualitative work — it doesn't replace your method, it sharpens the part that eats your week: coding, clustering and writing up.

Turn open-ended employee interviews into a structured map of cultural themes, tensions and bright spots.

Spot adoption risk early — who feels informed, who feels sidelined, and where sponsorship is breaking down.

Blend 360° comments, skip-level notes and pulse feedback into a single, defensible qualitative read.

Run exit interviews, engagement rounds and listening tours without losing signal in the transcript pile.
Diagnostic capabilities
Every output is traceable back to the source transcript — so your interpretation is always grounded in what people actually said.
Full capability breakdownWhat you get
Each diagnostic pairs a quantitative readiness snapshot with a qualitative narrative. No floating conclusions, no "the AI said so" — every point connects back to a quote, a speaker cohort, and a date.

Consultant workflow
Designed to plug into how organisational development and change consultants already work. You stay in control; the tool takes the repetitive lift.
01
Pull in interview recordings, workshop notes, survey comments and leadership roundtables. Anonymise where needed.
02
The AI produces a first-pass coding frame — themes, sub-themes, representative quotes and open questions.
03
You refine the frame, merge themes, promote insights. Every claim stays anchored to the source transcript.
04
Export a readiness diagnostic, an executive summary, or a consultant-ready deck your team can defend.

Questions we hear
No. Maya Irwin is decision-support software. It accelerates coding, pattern-finding and reporting, but a qualified consultant still owns the interpretation and recommendation.
Interview transcripts, meeting notes, survey free-text and anonymised feedback. Data is stored on UK/EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention is configurable per project.
Yes. You can strip names, roles and identifiers manually or let the ingestion step apply a redaction pass. Original files remain under your control.
Maya Irwin is scoped to qualitative organisational research. Theme clustering, readiness scoring, quote traceability and report templates are designed with consultants, not built generically.
Yes. The Organisation plan includes SSO, role-based access, audit logs and a DPA. Security and procurement packs are available on request.

Next step
We work with consultants one engagement at a time — no long onboarding, no long contract. Start with a single diagnostic and scale only if it earns a place in your practice.
