    No. Maya Irwin is decision-support software. It accelerates coding, pattern-finding and reporting, but a qualified consultant still owns the interpretation and recommendation.

  • What data do you ingest and where does it live?

    Interview transcripts, meeting notes, survey free-text and anonymised feedback. Data is stored on UK/EU infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Retention is configurable per project.

  • Can I anonymise before upload?

    Yes. You can strip names, roles and identifiers manually or let the ingestion step apply a redaction pass. Original files remain under your control.

  • How is this different from a generic LLM?

    Maya Irwin is scoped to qualitative organisational research. Theme clustering, readiness scoring, quote traceability and report templates are designed with consultants, not built generically.

  • Do you offer enterprise and security reviews?

    Yes. The Organisation plan includes SSO, role-based access, audit logs and a DPA. Security and procurement packs are available on request.

  • What are credits and how do they work?

    Analysis consumes credits based on transcript length and diagnostic depth. Subscriptions include a monthly credit allowance; you can top up any time from the credits page.
